TRICO 2011 was my second TRICO experience and it did not disappoint. The TRICO course is clearly the best live-demonstration course on the globe. Not for the beginner, but for those with their feet wet into the transradial world this course provides a window into the minds and techniques of international experts from diverse backgrounds and training. The net result is an experience useful for all, participants and faculty included. I was invite to perform a live case this year at the Municipal Hospital, a place that itself was memorable, and with the help of the interactive panel connected by outstanding video and audio feed, successfully demonstrated some Flow-Wire technique and right coronary stenting.
Dr. Patel and his team from Ahmedabad have gone to great efforts to provide hospitality to all his guests and a program second to none. With the new airport terminal and excellent hotel services, travel to this course is easy from outside of India and is an experience all dedicated radialist should consider.

This was second consecutive year I attended TRICO meeting. I have to admit you and Sanjay have been extremely talented and at certain extent gifted individuals in Radial Interventional procedures. I am proud to know both of you so closely.
This year live demonstration of two cases with PTCA balloon guided advancement of guide catheter through small Radial/accessary Radial artery was absolutely amazing and brilliant idea. I am sure no body in the world has demonstrated this ever. I would apply this in my practice immediately.
Again accommodation and treatment from your support staff was excellent. This year venue VS Hospital and Tagore Hall was better than last year. The Historical books given to us by the Mayor was an excellent gesture and I appreciate that. I do not know how to thank you enough for introducing and proctoring me in this Trans-radial interventional technique. It is my pleasure and privilege to be part of the outstanding TRICO faculty.
